I had to stand down because they are not the problem. Politicians like Kenneth Hodson are the problem (GREED). They built the spite fence along my half acre with money they owe me in my personal opinion. It is a slap in my face at this point that nobody seems to care about his crimes.

Exhibit A7: 2004 Warranty Deed P1 with Kenneth and Cathy Hodson signatures along with the ex attorney Steve Schuyler preparing the documents. At no time prior to the lawsuit did Kenneth and Cathy Hodson act as a victim.

 

In fact they became the aggressors and hired third party proxies to harass me during the Pandemic Lockdown 2020.

Exhibit A9: 2004 Kenneth and Cathy Hodson used a 2004 False Advertisement in April 2020. They used an illegal number of acreage (1) because the Hodsons failed to split the parcel properly before the 2004 Closing. They sold 1.47 acres under the false guise of 1 acre, and physically kept the .47 acres until I gained control of it on July 2nd, 2019 to present.

FACT Tennessee Trustee’s Office website shows Kenneth Hodson owns several properties on Dale Hollow Lake at 325 Parris Rd. Byrdstown, TN. +9 other properties. I would not have known about the Tennessee property if they wouldn’t have said that is where they lived at in December 2019.
